Training & Support

Training & Support for your cleaning needsEZ Solutions has always been and will always be about educating customers on the various applications of surface treatment.  We provide training & support for your specific needs.

On-Site Training & Support

The first objective in establishing and maintaining an effective chemical process line is to fully understand the chemical and mechanical ramifications that are unique to each application.  EZ Solutions shares in responsibility, along with plant management, to evaluate and coordinate consistent process procedures.  We will have a proven track record of lowering cost and increasing the quality of production simply by ensuring the end users are properly advised on the “how to’s” of ferrous/non-ferrous pre-treatment.

Phosphatizing Manual

One such tool EZ Solutions utilizes in preparing end users on proper application is our Phosphatizing Manual.  Within this manual we discuss the various processes common to iron-phosphate surface treatments.  Such processes are 3 and 5 stage applications, steam/high pressure applications and immersion or dip systems.  Each application has a unique “Target Zone” predicated upon the substrates, allotted production time and desired quality.

EZ Solution’s Phosphatizing Manual helps identify and isolate variables that are influencing overall production quality.  Once all the variables have been accounted for, we further instruct our customers how to manage/limit these factors.  By providing operators with the resources and tools necessary to maintain a consistent process line, EZ Solutions is certain all cost and performance benchmarks can be reached.

Testing Supplies

After establishing a “Target Zone” for each unique application, EZ Solutions will provide all necessary tools used in monitoring and maintaining the process line.  It is paramount that operators sufficiently observe pH values, % concentration and water break on the surface of the part.  Metering and analytical supplies can be provided by EZ Solutions as part of our Training/Support Program.

If you have any questions regarding your specific “Target Zone” or would like more information, contact us and we will reply as quick as possible.
